Shipping Policy

Barbie’s Doggie Bakery

At Barbie’s Doggie Bakery, all treats are handmade fresh to order. Because our products are perishable, we ask that customers review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders will not be shipped or processed on Saturday or Sunday. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping & Transit Times

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our bakery and is scanned by the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Weather-related delays

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Packages delayed in transit

Damage caused during shipping

Perishable Products

Our treats are perishable. By placing an order, you acknowledge that transit delays may affect freshness.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Delayed shipments

Spoilage caused by extended transit times

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Shipping Claims

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees to resend.
